This happened to me when Queen's tickets went on sale for her UK leg, but with slightly different circumstances. I spent HOURS in the ticket queue, got through, got tickets, then before I could confirm my purchase and actually get the tickets, I got kicked out of the site, and found (quite literally) EXACTLY the same tickets that I had in my basket on a reselling site, selling for hundreds of pounds more than the original price.

It annoys the hell out of me when scalpers get there before the genuine fans do. It should be made illegal, I think.

Maybe skip internetbased selling of tickets at all, do the old fashioned way and only sell in cashiers at the arena?

After a similar type of attempt in Nashville for last minute tickets, can confirm this wouldn't work. The scalpers just get in line with you and legit harass you for hours, brag about their success, push you out of the way when the line moves, etc.. It's even worse than them screwing with your computer, you have to actually deal the scum they are in real life.

Honestly, scalpers are the worst. They need to just go away. It's really not fair to the people that want to see her live. I can't imagine how upset I would've been if I didn't get tickets to see her, and one of the reasons I was so afraid of that happening was because of scalpers. It's a shame. I really hope that gets sorted out for the Australian fans.

In other news, apparently Adele accidentally told someone she was married last night on stage before "Someone Like You." It's at about 60:15 here.

Has she really? I know she said she's "practically married" multiple times, so I didn't know if she was being serious or not because I'd never heard her say that before. I wouldn't be surprised if they're engaged either, if nothing else. But I'd die if they're actually married. She's literally the only celebrity I can think of that could pull off getting married without anyone finding out until she accidentally says so!
