I think a Bernie & Elizabeth ticket is exactly what we need in 2020! If will fail then that's a problem. I don't see the route we take in 2024.

Nope. Negative. Not a good look. Elizabeth needs to stay away.
I doubt bernie will have as much momentum but the best bet is to get someone that will bring enthusiasm to the party

I mean a victory's a victory, but losing several swing states with either of the Democrats and biting our finger nails as they barely make it over 270 after Obama his smooth sailing? Mmm.
I guess that would just highlight even more how divisive this race was.

Yes, as I mentioned before:
this race was of two terrible candidates that were too polarizing.
Clinton didn't bring enthusiasm because she's not trustworthy, likable and her message is transparent.
Trump is just as unlikable but has qualities that make people more comfortable with him as a leader.
his message once they got Legend Kellyanne in the mix covered anti establishment, a need for change and also included the audience that has its issues but it was more effective overall because
1) Obama's legacy in numbers is paltry
2) Clinton is like giving a loaded gun to someone that only aims for her own feet
3) People know a strong, fearless leaders that is about results when they hear one.
The goal for both parties is to get those 47% that did not vote enthused to vote in 2020.
If Trump doesn't bode favorable results than it's an easy game for Dems.
If he does then he needs to focus on the millions of Republicans that stayed home and getting enough of those 47% on his side.
People pretend that only Dems make up the 47% that didn't vote despite being eligible and thats not true
It's really a big grab come 2020.
Still hoping for the best because I don't want America to lose anymore power...
