And he clearly needs to get himself mentally right over the fact he is ranting, doesn't mean he's trying to fake being hospitalized to make it go away that he ever said it.

And if he did that, he would be showing he didn't learn anything from being hospitalized cause having mental health issues doesn't mean you get a free pass to be an asshole.
