I believe it has something to do with the fact that they have 13 members and the cash that the CF deals are offering might not be up to par. EXO teas.
And no, they haven't announced a date for it but it should be by the end of November/early December hopefully and Hoshi said the concept is going to be more mature so I'm really excited for it.
