Fact of the matter is he put out yet another quality album and I'm sure he'll have no trouble moving units in the long run so all this unnecessary fuss over FIRST WEEK numbers is irrelevant.

Yeah they estimate the promo effect. But since it hasnt happened yet he certainly could do more. Not guaranteed that he will though.

The album is good but not a standout. There's no potential massive hit to follow up Uptown Funk and people were expecting more after 4 years.

Miranda my QUEEN! WOOO excellent and for a double album as well!
Bruno - I love the album except for SU&D but he chose the wrong lead single and that really hurt him. Also I don't see him serving longevity because of how short the album is and the cohesiveness of the album is almost to its detriment. The longevity point served well for the first two albums BUT after headlining TWO acclaimed Super Bowl Half Time Shows and scoring one of the biggest songs in HISTORY and winning a ROTY Grammy.... he should have enough momentum to be outdoing Miranda let alone Metallica's numbers.

The reaction to his new album is mixed to underwhelmed from majority from what I've seen.

This is extremely disappointing era for him. No way around it.
