I don't work there anymore but I did work for a popular online retailer that starts with Z
I worked behind the scenes, sort of.. working with customer accounts to ensure their money was refunded, but not directly with the customer.
so anyway, it was a return center. and people would send back their items. SO many people would send back the wrong item claiming they "got the wrong thing". sometimes it was not the customer's fault.. but the customer who ordered it before them. it had somehow gotten through the return process [a stupid person returned it and it got sent back on the shelves until it was ordered again].
people would do this though and get their money back. i remember somebody ordered like a $400 shirt and sent back a plain t-shirt claiming they "got the wrong item". I would have to make a ticket to customer service, in which then they would try to get ahold of the customer. They would then instruct me to process the item through so THEY WOULD GET THEIR MONEY BACK.
Customers would do this, get their account banned and then make a new account. over and over. and the retailer didn't seem to care -- they never took legal action! People would send back like a $10 purse claiming it was wrong, then get refunded $400 because the customer service is so stupid.
Also, the same retailer, who was purchased by the biggest online retailer that starts with an A.

- if you return shoes, they come to the warehouse to get returned so you get your money back. if you wore the shoes, we usually clean the off with a rag and water, but if they're really bad they go on to get refurbished. Bathing suits automatically go to refurb and get sent to an outlet store.

I also worked at KFC. when i worked there, they had chicken pot pies. at the end of the night, all of the leftover chicken would get de-boned and we would freeze it [for up to 6 months] and use it in the pot pies and honey bbq sauce meat.
the gravy is powder as expected. the potatoes are powder, as expected. nothing really all too juicy there.
