Their earpieces clearly had problems, Nayeon and Momo went off tempo in their parts which never happened before. It's why the ad-libs was tragic, cause they're out of place.
No one else's earpieces had problems so....hmmm. If everyone was having sound issue it would make sense but on one else was.
Excuse me but TWICE has no one but themselves and JYP to blame. They had weeks to prepare the show, they sure did rehearse the show, they did not just got on stage and perform an new arrangement they didn't knew. So yeah if they're offbeat it's on them. If they're vocals were not on par why not pre-record or lipsync. I mean Red Velvet didn't even dare to sing but deliver in their dancing. Mamamoo for the first time used back up dancer just to be more on their vocals in that huge ass stage.
Those were small scale they in the big leagues. They ****ed up when it mattered when Korea actually watches idols perform cause they sure don't when music shows are on.
They did not, Cheer Up sounded good. Everybody with a functioning set of ears can understand why the TT performance went wrong. I wouldn't worry of Korea's opinion of TWICE seeing their success, I'm thinking they're fine in that department.

Maybe not the earpiece but everything isn't syncing correctly, like it's not even an excuse cause you can clearly hear the remix doesn't fit and sounded off, and the girls were not in sync with the music because of the added layer that throws it all off.

Before the performance people in the audience were cheering when twice got announced after the performance and when they won song of the year very very few cheers. Thats never a good sign.
Also no one got laughed at on stage besides Twice soo and its not like they are big anywhere else to save their careers.

Give it up and just accept that they sucked this time around and thats okay. My faves have had flop performances too. Lets not reach and blame technical issues and blah blah when everyone had decent performances.
Hope someone's getting fired.
