I'm kinda surprised people still ask that after 6 seasons. It's always been like that.
We only ever see the ghosts if they are important to us.
Audrey and the others are probably walking aimlessly through the woods.

That's subjective. Flora (+ her running away with Pris) was kinda the whole plot of the first 5 epsodes.

Because Flora wanted to stay with Priscilla forever aka die on the grounds. (kinda stupid but in the end Flora said she never was as happy as with Pris so she really loved her)
If Lee dragged her with her she would have only found a way to go back anyway.

Has been discussed her to death but yeah, she's the reason the ghost colony exists (basically the whole season), that Audrey and the others are dead and that Shelby and Matt fell apart.
I kinda see the way she died as a redepmtion. She deserved to die after killing her man. Every bad one dies in AHS.
But now she does something good with her death.

They didn't need to explain it. The ending was weird and anti-climatic but that's just how it was, seemingly.
Can't believe that's how they chose to close Lee's character. It was stupid.
