Also, if it wasn't already obvious, this year the AMAs have gone on to further prove that they are a joke and nowhere near the Grammys nor VMAs in credibility.
Hate to break it to ya, but we'll never all be on the same page so long that Superpower, ShouldersSideways & Kisuke haven't burned their stan cards. They're obviously on a much lesser page than the rest of us who recognize that Love Drought is a career highlight.
Just watched this and it brought me to tears. This was such a special moment to Bey. I can only imagine how I would be hysterically crying if I was to be there to witness her performing XO for the first time.
YAS I WAS THERE FOR THAT SHOW! I WAS CRYING SO HARD. THAT DAY WAS A MESS! FIRST THERE WAS THE SELF-TITLED DROP AND THEN THIS SONG WAS PERFORMED AT THE END. WHEN SHE FIRST STARTED SINGING AND HIT THOSE HIGH NOTES I CAUGHT THE HOLY SPIRIT AND I COLLAPSED IN MY SEAT. MY MOMMA WAS SHOOK.
Bey needs a single out and she needs to push it in order to have momentum going into the Grammys. The only one left that can do some damage is All Night. However I don't want her "release" another single, just to treat it like the other red-headed step singles.
Its the only song left with massive cross-over appeal and a full, drop dead gorgeous video. And in this social climate, would be a perfect end of year single.
Of course all this makes sense, so she's probably not going to do it.
