DJ Tiesto is confirmed for the new album:

"DJ Tiësto is busy in consultation with none other than Britney Spears. The management of the DJs told RTL Boulevard that is most likely a single.
There's nothing definite, but Tiësto and Britney are in the preparatory phase. The singer is currently working on a new album and hoping for some help from the successful Dutch DJ. Tiesto's management said: "They spend much time together to find a sound."

Tiësto for a collaboration with Britney would of course be great. He previously plates with Kane, Maxi Jazz from Faithless and Nelly Furtado.

Liking Britney Spears in Netherlands has become a taboo (same goes to most regions of Europe) and radios seem to boycott her songs since her public breakdowns. But she's still popular in music channels and her singles still get a nice boost in iTunes but the problem is sustenance. If ever the rumors are true, I hope it is, Tiesto would be a good saving grace for Britney's music in Europe.

Actually, if you put things into perspective, she's still a driving force of pop artistry. In any event of other stars getting no support from radios and other media outlets like what Britney is experiencing right now in Europe, they'd be so lucky to even sell a quarter of gold mark.

Britney can still manage to get certifications and sell singles to decent totals amidst numerous hindrances; all by her name alone.

I've seen Brit on tour 4 times.

No one does it better than her. She knows her strengths, knows what she's good at, and loves the spectacle of a performance(shows at least some understanding of basic Theater). She always puts on a great show.
