Depends on the kpop, if you don't like bubblegum pop you of course wouldn't like bubblegum kpop groups.

I personally do not like most bubblegum pop in general.

but to answer the question, yes. People here are still overly judgmental bc they're ignorant to what it is (I was once like this) but the atmosphere has become more welcoming bc of acts like BLACKPINK and f(x). I notice more and more people are coming into the k-pop thread asking for recommendations + the AVIs are all over this website now.
