Don't ask me.
It is clear though that it is a second song from Joanne that was sent to radio and its promo is not exactly how the promo for a single should look like. It is already a different approach for her.
Perfect Illusion was indeed a (great) lead single and we all know that promo was non existent with the exception of the video. It was a clear sign of things to come.
I think it is more than obvious right now there's not gonna be extensive promo for upcoming singles and pushing them to death. I bet she'll perform MR at the AMA's, maybe will give us a video but that will be it.
