PI lasted for a week on the relevant Spotify playlists and was abruptly pulled off from radio (yeah the song was dead by then but it was still weird move, especially considering how long they took to send the next single).
They (Bobby / Interesflop...) clearly have some issues managing singles.

I know we are used to frontloaded with Gaga, but remember, MR can still smash or become a top 10 and it could still peak as late as january or even february.

Those are decided by the label, if they don't want to spend the coin on that type of payola they won't. And tbh, wasting money on Spotify payola when the songs are not what usually get great streams is not that dumb, same with radio. Maybe they are keeping their budget for more promo during the Holidays & stuff that can get her some more album sales, which might be her "strongest" asset at this point.
