It's going to take a long time to finish counting mail-ins, which number millions. They also have to count provisionals, which depending on the circumstance, is either counted or not. A provisional is a plan B when a person's voting out of precinct or not on the registered list at all. If the state realizes it made a mistake and the person can vote, it accepts the provisional and if not then it is tossed. Most provisionals get accepted. It's going to be a Hillary blowout in California and the popular vote when they're done.

I mean, the DNC and party as a whole does need to change and embrace the populism that's winning elections now. We need to inspire people more. Coupling ACTUAL change (nobody from HRC's campaign in DNC leadership) with the impending disasters of a Trumo presidency, I think we have a shot. Not a huge one, but a shot.
