I know that. It doesn't matter. I'm actually on Hillary's side here, but she only won by 200,000 votes. That's a very tiny margin. Of course, if it weren't for the EC we would've had it. But all of that is neither here nor there because at the end of the day, close to 50% of the country actually DID vote for Trump.
That's half of the country who directly vocalized that they wanted this. The other half of us are guilty for not doing enough to rally support behind our girl (or not even voting at all) despite knowing what was at stake. We are all at fault here as a country, but unfortunately, as the losers, we're the ones that are going to have to clean up the mess.
They're not done counting California's 4 million pending votes. Trump only won the less populated counties, some with only a couple thousand inhabitants and which were mostly counted already. My state's final count will increase her margin by a lot.

I wonder if it's built how long it will take. The California-Mexico border looks like it could take at least 5 years.
There's also the fact that only 3 out of 4 Governors of border states are GOP. California's going to want some negotiations while the rest will allow anything immediately. Also, there's some reservation land in one piece of the map in at least one state and the river is going to be an obstacle. It's a lot to think about.

Democrats will fillbuster. It won't get through the Senate. Unless they some how do a reconciliation of a past immigration bill and up the funding of a "fence" that Trump can use for a "wall". That or Trump can use executive action to divert funds from one source to the wall. A Frank Underwood House of Cards teas. It will likely be illegal, but who knows!
