You seriously need to improve on your comprehension skills. It doesn't matter what color you are, her music does not appeal to all radio formats. She will always have a #1 on POP, but never on the Hot 100. Never expanding her fanbase.

Pokerface charted on urban radio a few times. Did you even buy her album because Paper Gangsta is very R&B inspired. Telephone has R&B undertones. Also Reloaded was also very R&B as well No Way.

Bad Romance only didn't get to #1 because of it not being available on yahoo/AOL streaming.

The last week of ESoM's rule then there was 3 chart points seperating the top 3, and GaGa was at #2 when you added up sales & airplay, however slipped to #3 when Billboard accounted for streaming.

That shows that the streaming did make a difference that week and for some reason Bad Romance only charted at like 55 on the streaming chart (which only incorporates AOL/yahoo), while it has become the most streamed video ever on youtube a mess

Worldwide #1s are based off sales. Considering a single can sell 200,000 in the US, and only 100,000 outside and get #1 isn't that much of an accomplishment.
