Though I should've seen this coming. Despite liberals being so vocal I think a lot of people are becoming very right-leaning in the west. I was shocked when the Conservatives won in the UK and shouldn't be surprised the Republicans one tonight.

sis I cannot believe it. This is... beyond everything I thought. I tried to imagine Trump winning. I couldn't. It's happening and it's so awful like I knew it would be, but in my mind I just couldn't picture it.
Like it's starting to sink in that trump is literally gonna undo everything that Obama did the past eight years... I was so excited for tonight and now i just feel sad and empty, we won't see anything done for minorities (especially the LGBT) and NOTHING will be done to help our environment
I’m still kind of numb with how the results came out. The president of the United States should be a role-model, the person everyone strives to be and to follow. A person who understands how politics work, how to get results and how to work with other nations. And they chose this.
Yeah, I’m going to get some sleep. Maybe I’ll wake up and realize this was all just a bad dream. Ugh.
