Also, stop being so pessimistic. People generally want what's best for the country. If it takes a Trump presidency, and republican-controlled House and Senate to realize that they aren't any better at running America, then so be it. We're giving them a chance, and results matter.
When it comes to minorities, social opinion will continue to improve. Young people are a clear sign of that. Don't sweat it.
