I truly believe that it has a lot to do with her gender. Throughout this election, she has been held to a totally higher standard than any candidate in modern history.
The main problem throughout this election has been the obsession with false equivalency with regards to the media in order to avoid seeming unfair - CNN being the main culprit. The media not only let America down, but it let the world down. It went for ratings over morality. But I guess that's why so many opted for the anti-establishment candidate over Hillary, because they don't trust the establishment which they consider the media a part of.
Either way, it's a sad day for so many people. Initially, I felt so bad for Latinos. But then I saw how many Latinos were actually voting for Donald Trump. Do they not care about their sistrens? I really don't understand how someone can be so morally corrupt to vote for this man. I'm really trying to see how people may vote in spite of what he has said for other reasons, but it's a fact that so many people have voted because of what he has said. That's the saddest part.
Like I said, let's hope he's not as bad as we think.

I can't understand this! Why are poor people voting for Trump? There is no way these people who lost blue collar manufacturing jobs will be any better off - unless they go and build his wall. Manufacturing will never come back to the USA.
But I guess poor white people don't think of themselves as poor, lol
I think what we have seen both with Brexit AND Trump is that the anti-immigration rhetoric is SO SO SO strong and hugely draws out a turn out in quietly nationalist conservative voters.
Donald Trump only spoke about illegal immigration. People who have naturalised or born as citizens have and will have the same rights as others. I cannot imagine stuff being any different.
1) Poor ass backward whites with that moronic "Illegal immigrants took our jobs/build a wall!!" mindset that sit around spitting tobacco eating up openly hateful rhetoric and vote in droves for the party that will cut their food stamps (looking at you NC and FL) and 2) naive out of touch with reality fools that think third party voting in the US is useful in any way shape or form (what's good MI and NH?). **** y'all.
