These early votes are the rural areas. It's normal that Trump is winning. If Clinton doesn't have a lead after the big urban counties but before the panhandle then you should be worried.
SLAY!!! Bayh in the Indiana Senate race is chipping away at the rural lead of the GOP's Young. He's outperforming Hillary by a big margin. That's good news because it means the indy and Republican voters are voting for him.
