Clinton is actually slowly closing the gap in both IN and KY. Marginally, but the gap is still closing. She'll still lose them, but I'm intrigued by how much.
It's always like that because the rural areas are counted first and republicans do better there.

Vermont - Clinton, 3 electoral votes
