Then provide a better path to citizenship for them. Do you think it's an appropriate path that some couples have to break up and go marry other people to get their citizenship and then get back together? It's ridiculous. Especially if they've been here for decades, have sons that served in the military and have been paying their taxes and avoiding all legal trouble (None, bar the first, apply to Trump btw).
