Why would they hate their only artist that can make them money these days? Without Rihanna, Def Jam would be exposed as the terrible label that it is. UMG obviously care more about Interscope anyways because they make more money for the big boss.

Why would i want to be maison? I am my own person and i have a life and don't concern myself pretending to be others on the internet. Secondly, i think you forgot how the 20 second clip on "Gossip Girl" (watched by the mainstream public) made Rockstar go to #152 on itunes.
"Rockstar peaked in the 200s if you combined both versions it had charting. Once again you don't know what you're talking about.

And? American Idol still has the highest Ratings of 18-24 in that night.
OMG and HGM did great and went into the Top 10 after the performance. If so, then Alejandro shouldn't encounter any difference after American Idol, since most of her Audience are young people.

OMG had been getting spins on pop and was '*****d' (for lack of a better word) on KIISFM. People have been waiting to download the song, AI or not. It was actually soaring up iTunes before AI.

The ONLY songs that got a huge amount of help from Idol this year are OMG & HGM. Both were performed the same week.
Idol is not having the same effect it used to. For example, Carrie Underwood's performance of "Change (Live)" only went to the lower top 100. A brand spanking new song only going that high shows how poor the Idol effect has been overall this year.
