I think they're looking at Slate's vote tracker, which so far only has early voting estimates - but you can't vote early in PA unless you're absentee or if you're bedridden/in the military - which would skew things towards Republicans.

I'm confident neither will. Hillary has a slight victory in recent polls (ones that only have one day post-Comey clearing), and the DNC/Hillary Clinton ground game is much more established in NH. I'm worried about a lot of swing states, but I somehow feel NH will end up at +4-6 Clinton.
