The Superbowl did hinder her commercial career, which is when the digital age began.
Her not having any major pop success in the age of iTunes and YouTube has definitely had a negative impact on her legacy.
"Call On Me" was an R&B and dance play success, but only made it to #32 on Pop. "Feedback" did decently on digital and well on dance play, but stalled at #29 on Pop.
