Google is probably your best bet to understanding it tbh.
Basically a presidential candidate need at least 270 to win the Presidency.
The Congress has it own races and they just need a majority in their area (state for Senate, districts within states for House).
Dems needs a certain amount of Senate seat 4 or 5 to win control. There are 2 seats already being flipped easily, the others are pretty close tho.
The House needs a lot more seats so that's not likely to flip (stupid gerrymandering).
