A 68% drop is fine. The Top 5 debuts of the year:
Views - dropped 70% second week
Lemonade - dropped 51% second week
Blonde - dropped 78% second week
Joanne - dropped 68% second week
A Moon Shaped Pool - dropped 81% second week
Lemonade is the only one with a better drop; and that's partly because it's first week was not a week, it was under 3 days. If she had a full first week, and a full second week she'd probably have had a 60-70% drop. Her second week was 7 days of activity versus 3 days the week before.

A 60-70% drop is a normal SPS drop with hits; while 70-80% is a normal SPS drop for an album with no hits.
The #1 album before Joanne dropped 77% second week (Kings of Leon), the #1 before that dropped 78% second week (Green Day).
