I don't have Blackout and my albums stop at ITZ and resume at Circus. Plus, I always pull towards the classics. For these reasons I'd say Sometimes is probably my favorite ballad.

Wait, Born To Make You Happy is a ballad and an amazing piece of pop music. I vote for BTMYH.
