Gaga saying "it's so funny that you think [my outfit] is simple" is so true - I feel like we're desensitized to clothing across a screen (and also clothing on pop stars), so we take it for granted - but a lot of the Joanne looks have been pretty intricate. Like, right now, she's wearing a "simple" outfit with full makeup, a ****ing metallic blouse, tailored pink coat, an iron choker, expensive looking earrings, a pink felt hat with a diamond band and shorts with metallic floor-length tassels and iridescent heels. Not the most "simple" look that comes to mind
