She really should have done the VSFS. I don't particularly like it but she could slay that runway and shut it down with her vocals. And the majority of these models stan for her so they'd be blessed by the Quéen
After this weekend, I've finally come up with a definitive ranking of Bey's albums:
BEYONCE > 4 > Lemonade > B'Day > Dangerously In Love > I Am... Sasha Fierce
Lemonade was my #1 but after listening to Lemonade and BEYONCE, I realized that the songs on Lemonade already seem a bit dated / stale to me. It may be because I overplayed them, but I did the same with BEYONCE's songs and they still knock for me! Also, BEYONCE has NO fillers while LEMONADE has Forward and Love Drought.
What does an album being dated actually mean because I am pretty sure most people that say that are not implying that the album sounds like an album from 30 years back.
Dated means it sounds old, no progression, it didn't age well with the times. Which is absolutely why calling Lemonade dated in 2016, the YEAR IT WAS RELEASED, is beyond idiotic. But I'm not getting into that because I don't care for the opinion of anyone who calls Legend Drought a filler.
Does anyone else mimic the way she performs songs while listening to her albums?
My faves are Drunk in Love Grammy choreo, Run the World BBMAs, Yonce MIA/GC, Crazy in Love Super Bowl, Baby Boy Super Bowl, End of Time concert choreo, Formation Super Bowl, and Flawless MIA/GC
I don't know how to describe it, dated is the closest term I can give for it even though it's obviously not dated since It came out this year. I guess I just can't get into it anymore. When the album was released, I was STANNING for Love Drought, Sandcastles, etc but now I just can't listen to them. Also, my favorite tracks like DHY, Sorry, and Hold Up really aren't stacking up against her other stuff anymore. The only songs that I have consistently LOVED from the release to now are: Formation, Pray You Catch Me, Daddy Lessons, and All Night. I guess it just doesn't stack up to her other albums, specifically the GODLY 4 and BEYONCE albums.
