Joanne is middle of the road for her discography imo. It will age better than BTW (which aged horribly and is way too long, the bad outweighs the good) and ARTPOP, but it has nothing on TF or TFM. TF may sound very late 00's but it still sounds good.

Your opinion is ass...
Joanne is the most cohesive project she has ever done. Granted it doesn't have any huge stand out tracks ala Bad Romance or Pokerface but as a whole album Joanne is by far her most fully enjoyable album to date. You catch yourself skiping a good 60 % of her previous album but in Joanne you would skip 2 tracks at most.
In terms of solid albums with amazing production Joanne > All her albums.
I prefer BTWs sound over all her albums but I even understand that Joanne is just a stellar project
