Actually, I read somewhere on Pulse that according to an insider, the PDs preferred A-YO because of its upbeat nature. But you're right, updates should be back to normal soon, and hopefully EXPLODE so A-YO can start its run in late January just in time for the SB, tbh.
They should focus on streaming right now tbh. It's not like they can force radio to start playing it today. MR is free falling on spotify, now ranked 134. Spotify Payola should be their prime focus while they wait for radios to pick it up, AMAs + music video in late November.
50% of spotify users are >24 years old, 21% >18 years old; focusing on this demographic is a must if they wanna have decent spotify numbers. Snapchat payola should also help a bit.
