Hillary has been in the public eye for 25 years now. People aren't running to her rallies because 1) she's not fresh and new to the mainstream political stage and 2) she's not the best public speaker.

Nate Cohn said that in his poll of North Carolina, 18 percent of now-early voters didn't classify themselves as at least "almost certain to vote" at the time the poll was taken but have since voted. Using many likely voter screens these people would have been omitted. A GOTV operation in action.
