Why are stans posting pics of their favorite artist claiming "impact" for halloween costumes.

Stans dressing up like their faves is not impact. Has it really gone to that because they have so few if any iconic looks at all.
When looks are just known on any level...that's impact. Not fans that convince themselves they are rihanna and beyonce for halloween.

basically, its kind of worse than radio in that regard. No playlist = no hit, so basically you need to pay for your song to be successful
