Its a new song that has been discounted and just received major promo. If it didn't rise that would have been extremely sad

This will likely perform similarly to Carrie Underwood's "Something in the Water"
Good reception from promo, increases hard for a few days, and then tanks into oblivion once the promo effect wears off. In this case, once the CK effect wears off and discount ends, the song will go right back to where it was. And you'll get people saying "OMG GAGA LOST!"
