I mean, I understand it from a business perspective. These are releases intended for consumption over a short period before a new one comes out, so there's little incentive to make more good songs, let alone release them when they have the potential to be future title tracks. But god am I tired of listening to these mini albums that don't have anything of use beside track 1
I forgot to mention Red Velvet, they usually have 1 or 2 fleshed out, great songs aside from the title track. Cool Hot Sweet Love and Lucky Girl are kinda better than their respective releases' title tracks
