My mom went through 2 miscarriages and it was really devastating...

I got that from Joanne too.
Hey Girl would be Gaga and her daughter holding on to each other, not being able to let go.
Perfect Illusion: They grow apart cuz of the miscarriage, he wants to try for a kid again, she doesn't, they fight over how to deal with this and she comes to the conclusion that it wasn't real love, it was all a perfect illusion, the pregnancy and the relationship
Million Reasons: The "one good reason to stay" is a child that sticks and the 100 million reasons being his semen (an *********** actually contains 100 million sperm on average, so it might not be as random a number as it seems

"Baby I'm bleeding" --> has her period "Can't you give me what I'm needing"" --> he can't have kids or they won't stick

the little red devil = she had her period/miscarriage, so she knew, but her family didn't. Taylor and her had been having trouble after it happened "came down the mountain dragging our love affair". She informed her family about wanting to end things.
a miscarriage or him not being able to have kids would be possible tbh ... Million Reasons: "if you could find a dry way" --> IVF
