Yes for R9 being released in late 2017/early 2018 with a full world tour and a better marketing/promotional strategy. I think the current album is still solid and she shouldn't move on from it so soon.

Whatever she does in her personal life, I wish her well. As long as she's happy and gives 100%, I'm satisfied. There's never a right time to marry or have kids, if that's what she really wants. Do ya thang.

It was honestly traumatic between the release of 45S and to the actual release of Anti my god we truly didnt know what we were in for.. i remember being SO frustrated and lets not with the anti diary

I think artist of the decade is in reach for Rihanna.

I mean Adele could snag, but with only 2 eras and potentially a 3rd (hopefully not) i dont see Adele getting it, the only thing she has over every other artist is her BB200 domination.. at least now with streaming Anti will chart high on the year end list for the BB200

Other than that, i think its pretty tight between Rih, Taylor, Katy and Bruno..
Lets just hope Taylor doesnt have another 1989 or even Red sized era

I'd love for her to release next year! Especially since 2016 was such a jam packed year in music, 2017 may be a little slower.

I don't see it for a 2017 release. I'm not expecting another three year wait but 2017 doesn't add up when you do the math. Especially since she hasn't started recording yet

I think that she should release R9 in April/May 2018, with the lead premiering @ the Superbowl in February 2018.
2 years without new album is just okay.
