Closer effortlessly still #1 even before the video on Monday.
Mariah's record being in danger is still not totally looking likely, though. Starboy passed it on US Spotify and it's pretty damn close in sales (85% combined of Closer selling 100-125K is really not huge at all since sales are such ****). The video won't help it turn around there unless it's like amazing. I doubt many people don't know the song at this point. Videos help the most when the song still needs the exposure, at which point Closer has gotten plenty.
Duca is such an hypocrite, he know damn well that mediatraffic underestimate streaming.
This is why you have song like Work or One Dance that don't have a lot of point. The reality is that both of these song were bigger than CSTF.
This is why JT stream are weak as ****, everyone forgot this song, it will get a bump with The Trolls and then fall once again.
But i don't need to explain that since Duca himself know that, this is why he stay away from the streaming thread.
