I don't see the similarities at all, the problem with G.U.Y was that it sounded dated. It sounded like a song from The Fame but it wasn't even as good as her hits from The Fame.

I'd go with Diamond Heart as a 3rd single (after Million Reasons, duh) but seeing how Perfect Illusion performed I'm not sure. Maybe Dancin' In Circles is better
