Even if Buble declines to say, 100, considering the leads Gaga has on him across all digital platforms, she would have to be at at least 130-140k. I can't imagine he would sell less than 100k. His fanbase is mostly older folks/soccer moms/etc. who are pretty loyal to purchasing albums still.
