This is some of Gaga's best writing. Eerily good.

Looking forward to getting more listens and getting to know the lyrics.

Anyway, have officially listened to the full album - can't pretend I'm floored or astounded, it's something different Gaga wanted to do. If she returns to dance music this'll be a very interesting time in her career when once again she continued to defy what she "should" in order to be successful and pursued her artistry, and one can't say anything bad about that.
Overall I score it 6/10 - it has some nice highs, none massive enough to truly LIFT the album, but I could see "Dancin' In Circles" being a mild hit with the right push. The songs are all different, but other than "Perfect Illusion" they genuinely share a certain sound, she has a distinctive accent that seems to have popped up / warped recently which is unusual, but it does lend itself to the style.
Anyway, nice album Gaga - you created something unique, and unlike anything anyone expected.
