Final verdict on YCMH: she's a cute girl but she's kinda underwhelming. Like we've had fanmade edits of her snippet which are basically the same thing since she just repeats the same parts over and over. Wouldn't say it's in her Top 10 or even Top 20 demos. Glad it was cut from Warrior, but if LIP$HA had been released, it would probably have been a highlight.

Its sad because it had potential to be such a beautiful song. If they left the vocals alone and made them the focus of the track it really could of been amazing. I get that Wayne's things is weird and gritty but yeah... bit of a wasted opportunity. I remember the very first snippet that came out which was just the chorus with her vocals and some strings... it was haunting.

I wanna blame HOTT MT who 'completed' it (or whoever mixed the 'final' version) but at the same time without them it would never have been released so we can't be too disappointed. I'd still love to hear an original Wayne-only version completed though.

My problem with Joanne is that it doesn't fit authentically as an entry to, or even an homage, to that genre. Though Kesha on the other hand, is rooted in that.

I think if Angel Down just had Kesha's vocals (the production is the best on Joanne), it would be a great song and genuinely moving. But Gaga doesn't really connect with me like that

Joanne is trash, but you guys are right... its because it is authentic to Gaga's lifestyle or roots, it just sounds fake. Still, I would expect something more epic from Kesha.
