if the reviewers spent as much time as they did reviewing the music as they do her change from pop to country/blues/rock/etc, Gaga would likely not be mad.
Who knows, she might still be defensive, but this "review" was abysmal.
If she had even talked about the inspiration behind her work at all, instead of what she cooked Mark Ronson for dinner, then maybe, just maybe, people wouldn't be calling her work uninspired. But she never even once mentioned in an interview that "Angel Down" was supposed to be connected to Trayvon, or anyone in particular.
She has talked about the inspiration tho. The reviewer was too busy writing about The Chainsmokers though.
