Is it really just a dance album? I was hoping he would open up a little bit and include a song written for his mom but guess that won't happen with this album.

I don't necessarily agree with that. I think this might be his most inspired work. Bruno is a fun, crazy person and little of his prior work really shows that. I feel like he's really coming into his own, and letting it be known who he is through this release.

I've seen a lot of comments on YouTube like "I miss the old Bruno", when 24k Magic is literally who he's always been.

Exactly. He never hid that touring is his main focus...BUT, so far he has 2 albums filled with 90% ballads and mid-tempos. I bet he's not happy about that AT ALL.

I knew it. He won't release any promotional singles, I guess 24K Magic will be considered as a concept album; whether the concept is a funk-driven party with many bass drops and chord changes, or something like that, I'm happy with it.

And it's obvious about the touring, he did all those 90s R&B mash ups and that certainly had him excited to go to the studio and record his take on that genre. LOOH was his take on 80s new wave rock, like The Outfield or The Police which he covered all the time. Now here's the thing: He covers Whole Lotta Love all the time, does the tour-studio theory mean he cooked some rock and roll for us in 24K ?
