There is a big difference. Making a song doesn't guarantee success which in turn doesn't guarantee CFS. Whereas if you managed to capture the GP and grip the digital chart you almost always will get a CFs. Look at Gfriend, even with their average looks.
The Chained Up one is cool since it's not the face, but with this one and Hades they could've sooo done 6 different versions and get bigger sales.
