Which album? More than half of Artpop first week sales were digital. More than 60% for BTW first week sales too. Both dropped horrendously too.. And I really doubt there's gonna be a huge shipment of physicals for her.
And they'll have to be pretty close in physical sales for S/TEA to do anything for her since she's not doing well in those departments pre-release.
But I'm not even sure if I believe Michael is a real threat. She should retain a decent amount of her fans to come out for her and SNL - depending on what and how she performs - could help her edge forward. Plus of course sales climate can hurt Buble too.
These are the only ''big'' markets where the album is charting and the positions are tragic.
