Not necessarily. With ARTPOP, she was purposely trying to emulate The Fame Monster 2.0, whereas with Joanne, it just happens to be a Born This Way 2.0 situation sonically - we fans have created the parallel this time, not Gaga. There's no telling what the future holds though.

no, ARTPOP is a brighter/messier version of Born This Way with lots of white noise, which is a try-hard rapaul drag queen contestant and the gayest rock star wannabe hybrid.
I played Diamond Heart a few more times, it's ok. Like I said the verses are cute, love the young wild thing but it's still one of the weaker ones for me.
