For me TFM was her quality peak, that album had an excellent flow, all the songs were great and unique in their own way but fit together well. Born this way has some of her best songs but also some of her worst and it's flow is messy. Still a great album tho. Artpop had no flow, a few great tracks but mostly just ok tracks and some terrible ones to.
This might match or even beat TFM for me, I like this kind of music more but I'll have to wait and see. Still to say artpop is a better album, not that you like it more but that it is "better" I'd just silly. It was a mess for the most part.
