She was engaged to him and they were together for 4 years. It's not your position to dictate how someone reacts to their own breakup, and it's beyond ridiculous to level such a petty criticism against the song.
If you don't like the melody, production or lyrics that's valid and fair game, but using this pathetic reason to justify your dislike for the song says a lot more about you than it does about Perrie.
I don't even love the song that much, but i'm calling out bullsh*t when I see it.
But UH is better.
